Welcome to the David Hawkins Golf website.
I’m David and I have been Head Professional at Wanstead Golf Club for over 25 years providing a quality service to members and visitors, and catering for both novice golfers to expert players.
Myself and my team provide individual and group coaching for those wanting to play golf at any level and at any age. We are continually updating our methods of coaching, employing some of the latest technology to help you to develop and advance your game. So whether you’d like to improve your putting or further your short game, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you to do that.
Our fully equipped Pro Shop includes an extensive and current range of golfing equipment as well as clothing, shoes and other accessories from all the leading golfing brands. If we don’t have something in stock we can order it in for you.
Wanstead Golf Club has a challenging 18 hole course set against a backdrop of stunning parkland. It is easy to reach by car from the City, West Essex and Essex and Free visitor car parking is available in the Golf Club’s outer car park. Wanstead has good public transport links with buses and Wanstead Underground train station less than a 10 minute walk away.
